- The tenants sign the entry and exit inventory, except with the written consent of the host.
- Departure time: 10 a.m. Any late departure can be approved the day before departure at the latest, provided that this is possible.
- Please throw out the garbage and wash the dishes before leaving the apartment.
- Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside and pets are not allowed.
- No parties or events. Quiet after 10 p.m. In the event of noise disturbances reported for the second time by the neighborhood, additional costs of at least €100 will be charged per new report from the neighborhood.
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed. The maximum capacity of the property is 4 people.
The house rules are part of the furnished rental lease.
